We take a premium 80% coffee and 20% chicory ratio and subject it to our uniform air roasting process, locking in an exceptionally smooth, heavy-bodied strength. Because air roasting heats each bean perfectly from the inside out, it naturally removes harsh acidity, leaving a bold, comforting, and earth-toned finish.
